TANTRA YOGA
In this class we will practice yogic postures and techniques whose roots are found in the ancient Indian and Tibetan Tantra yoga lineages.
Practices are re-aligning our physical, emotional and mental structure, inviting you to a better understanding of the inner masculine-feminine polarities, boosting your focus, willpower, self confidence and ultimately, can bring the expansion of consciousness.
No previous yogic experience is required.
You need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and something warm to cover yourself during final relaxation.
PARTNER YOGA
Two people on one yoga mat practicing together. Let’s have some fun! This class activates your playfulness and gives you a very nice stretch!
Practices are easy and suitable for people without previous yoga experience.
Bring a (practice)partner or find someone on the spot.
PS: it is not Acro Yoga! Feet will stay down.
One yoga mat is needed for two people.
